Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

Can I decline the damage waiver?

Our policy requires all rental customers to pay the 10% damage waiver on any equipment rented unless a copy of proof of insurance is given to the rental clerk at time of rental.

What does the damage waiver cover?

What are you hours of operation for the rental dept?

Our rental department is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday 8am to 7pm and 9am to 5pm on Sunday. Our winters (Nov - March) hours are 7am to 6pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday 8am to 6pm and 9am to 5pm on Sunday.

Can I pay for my rental when I return it?

All rentals must be paid in full when the rental item is picked up.

What is the policy if my rental is returned late?

If your rental is returned late you will be charged starting at the 4 hour rate and up. The amount will be determined upon how many hours the equipment was returned late.

The damage waiver only covers damage done to the equipment during normal use, operation and safety of the equipment.

What is the charge if the equipment is returned damaged and not covered by the damage waiver?

Do I need to clean the equipment before I return it?

You will be responsible for the entire repair bill. If the repair bill is greater than the equipment you will be charged the replacement cost of the equipment.

The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented. If the equipment is not cleaned prior to returning you will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $50 & up.

Do I need to refill the gas in my gas powered rental?

All rental equipment when applicable is rented to the customer with a full tank of gas and must be returned the same way. You will charged per gallon to refill and tank not brought back full.

Do you deliver equipment or party supply rentals?

We deliver to all major areas of Central PA including: Harrisburg, Dauphin, Halifax, Hershey, Mechanicsburg, Enola, Ephrata, Dillsburg, Carlisle, New Cumberland, Highspire, Hummelstown, West Hanover, Steelton and many more.
